Over Christmas and being inspired by a Gingerbread competition on the Food Network, we attempted to create a gingerbread version of the Salt Lake Temple. Turned out surprisingly well for a couple of amateurs. We used gingerbread, of course, Royal Icing, Tic Tacs, Life Savers, Snow Caps, Pretzels, Altoids, Mini GummiBears, and the foil from gold coin chocolates.
